Parasites can have a serious effect on our pets, causing them to become unwell if left untreated. It is important to keep up to date on treatments for parasites such as worms, fleas, lice, and ticks, to ensure that you pet is always protected. Our vets and nurses can advise you on what products we have available in the clinic, and what would be best suited for your pet.
In our cats and dogs, the frequency of worming depends on the age of the animal. Worming should be every 2 weeks until 12 weeks old, followed by every month until 6 months old, and then every 3 months for the rest of their adult life.
